Acceptable Stay with Noise Issues

My sleep was often disturbed. Street noise was a problem. Loud disturbances went on until 4 AM! I could not figure out where the noise was coming from, but shouting and screams kept me awake. the room was smaller than I expected.

I enjoyed several aspects of my stay. The breakfast offered a rich and varied selection, with the pleasant addition of live piano music (such a nice touch!). Free wine, water, and cookies were available in the lounge. I also appreciated the coffee machine in the room.
The walls seemed rather thin, and noises from adjacent rooms were noticeable, impacting relaxation.

the arranged pickup, with bruno, provided a complete car tour. he even took a different route on the way back to the airport. ricardo and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful (i liked their attitude). the building was beautiful, with flowers, art, and sculptures alongside modern comforts.
the air conditioning did not function well, causing me to be cold throughout the night.
